This decision comes as a consequence of oil prices going down recently. Saudi Arabia needed to think of other means of making money, and they felt that enhancing tourism is a way to go. It is a simple but efficient idea. Since the visa application process is more straightforward to go through, more tourists will come to Saudi Arabia and spend money there. It is a win-win situation.

How to get a Saudi Arabia e-visa for Icelanders online?

The answer to that question is iVisa. You can employ its services to avoid all the bureaucracy that stands between you and your visa. All you need is to provide a few things for them, fill in an application form, and they will forward the request to the issuing authority. Thousands of people declared themselves satisfied with iVisa’s efforts, and here is why:

  • It is easier – a trip to the embassy is nobody’s cup of tea. You need to be there during business hours, which means that you miss on work. However, an online application requires 20 minutes of your time, and you can do it entirely from home. No more trips anywhere.

  • Quick processing – iVisa provides three options when it comes to processing, and you can choose according to your needs and budget. Even so, your visa will arrive via e-mail in the shortest amount of time possible.

  • Low prices – the competition is fierce when it comes to online visa applications, which is why iVisa provides top service at competitive prices. The cost of your visa depends on the processing time you choose.

  • Comprehensible forms – application forms are not the easiest things to understand, and usually people need help filling them in. However, iVisa designed a simple application form that you can complete in 20 minutes tops. You should have no trouble going over it.

  • Excellent support service – while it is unlikely to need any help during the application process, iVisa has a fantastic support service just in case you do. The service is available 24/7, and it is entirely free of any charge.

What about the Saudi Arabia e-visa for Icelanders requirements?

As for that, we do not know anything for sure yet. All we know is that the bylaws are ready for adoption at the end of April, but the official guidelines for obtaining a Saudi Arabia e-visa are not disclosed. That should happen any day now, which is why we recommend that you come back for further updates. However, it seems that there is a general requirement that we know of. All applicants must be passport holders, and the passport needs to maintain its validity for another 6 months from the date of departure to Saudi Arabia. We may not have all the information yet, but rest assured that the Saudi Arabia e-visa for Icelanders will go live in just a short while. Until all the guidelines are disclosed, you can fix the passport issue if you do not have one. Just be patient and stay tuned. iVisa will do it best to help you get your Saudi Arabia visa as soon as it becomes available.
