Selecting the appropriate Tourist eVisa for your visit to India is crucial because it affects how long you can stay and how many times you can enter. There are several Tourist eVisa options available, each with distinct validity periods and conditions.

  • 30-day visa: Ideal for quick visits, this visa permits you to enter India twice within a 30-day period from the date it's issued. For example, if your visa is effective from October 1st, you should complete your visit by October 30th.

  • 1-year visa: For visitors who plan to visit multiple times within a year, this visa offers multiple entries. Each stay is limited to 90 days, but citizens of the US, Canada, or the UK can extend their stay up to 180 days per visit.

  • 5-year visa: Best suited for those who anticipate frequent trips to India over several years, this visa allows multiple entries for five years from the date of issuance. Similar to the 1-year visa, you can stay up to 90 days per visit, with an extension to 180 days for US, Canada, and UK visitors.

The 1-year- and 5-year visas allow you to enter and exit India as often as needed, provided you adhere to the specific duration limit.
